Chinook II
CABIN ASSEMBLY Includes: 2-7.5HP Motors, One on
Intake and One on Exhaust, 997,000 BTU Burner with
Deluxe Economy Remote Control, 10' Wide Tri-Fold
Entry Door, Side Service Door, Double Skin Fully
Insulated. The Chinook II (tm) is available in either
24' or 27' lengths, the cabin is constructed of
durable powder coated steel, electro zinc coated,
lully insulated solid interlocking wall panels.
The panels are designed to prevent heat loss into
the surrounding shop and lor greater efficiency
during the bake cycle. Both the wall and roof panels
are insulated for quieter operation.
DOORS Tri-Fold fully insulated, rubber sealed doors.
Personnel door is equipped with safety glass observation
window. FILTRATION Ceiling Filters: Ideally sized
segments allowing for ease of replacement. Filters
are held in position by steel knife-edge closures.
Filter media, 99% efficiency on 10 micron particulate.
Extract Fillers: There are a total of eight filter
racks, four housed in each tower and are easily
accessed by doors inside the cabin. LIGHTING 24'
& 27' Drive-In/Back-Out 6 Hip 4-Tube Light Fixtures,
1 plenum mounted double light fixture w/ 4 tubes,
7 Lower 4- Tube Light Fixtures. All light fixtures
are interior accessible. The fixtures are constructed
using high efficiency "rapid start" ballasts.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM All Garmat(r) USA products are
provided with a listed industrial electrical control
panel. All components are recognized, listed or
certified by UL, ETL, or CSA. CONTROL PANEL The
Control Panel features a PLC which sequences spray
and bake mode temperature settings.
FIRE SUPPRESSION Booth is designed for addition
of fire suppression equipment (supplied by others).
